An excellent track tool for monitoring G forces, recording laps, and improving performance. The killer thing is
that it's audible, and never requires you to even glance away from the track for an instant. "Each corner becomes a
classroom, lap after lap."
House calls for your bike! Cycling is one of my other hobbies and Blane Hook always does excellent work for us for

Deb Idleman is my local American Cancer Society rep, and she's been very helpful and supportive. Not only was she
